  1. Open the App: Log in to the Unpluq Family app using the email address that you purchased the Unpluq Family subscription with
  2. Follow the instructions in the app to continue

FAQ & Help

  • My app is already set up. How do I activate my Tag? The Tag should work out-of-the-box. You can optionally link the Tag to the device you're setting up, to make the setup more secure (you'll be asked if you'd like to do so in the app). The first time you use your Tag, it may take an extra moment held in place to recognize it.
  • Which email should I use to log in? Use the email that you used to subscribe to Unpluq Family. If you don't know the password, you can reset the password here
